How it Works (Registering INventory)
Register As A Seller Individually
Regardless of what you wish to sell with us, you must complete a registration form and agree to Das Consignment Agreement.
The form contains basic contact information and payout preferences. You must submit a photo ID as well.
If you think you'll consign with us eventually, register now to minimize how long it takes to sell when you want to take advantage of a market swing!
Prep Your Inventory
Cards over $25 and Vinyl over $75 may be displayed specially throughout the store, but most of our consignment inventory is kept in binders and crates. We have some available for purchase, but encourage you to procure and design yours before hand! Put whatever unique spin you want on it- the easier it is to uniquely identify as yours, the better!
In additional to your vessel, you need to prepare the appropriate spreadsheet for TCGs or for Vinyl. Note that this is only needed for an initial registration of inventory or any major changes in inventory after that.
There are options to specify price floors and the sales channels you'd like us to use (In-Store, Shopify, TCGPlayer, Discogs, and Mobile Vending)
Submit Docs to Das
Email the completed spreadsheet, Das Seller Registration form, and a picture of the front and back of your Driver's License or picture or your Passport to consignment@dasmnc.com.
We also have printed forms in the shop if you have any problems or questions!
Once you submit everything, please wait for Das M&C to contact you approving or denying your inventory before attempting to drop it off.
Drop off Inventory
All items on the spreadsheet will be verified, and any binders containing cards of $1-$25 value will have pictures taken to confirm their contents.
Before completing your drop off, Das will email you an inventory summary including your initial agreement, spreadsheet, inventory verification, and any relevant pictures.
Get Paid, Worry Free
Once all forms are completed and you drop off your inventory, welcome to the world of passive income!
Our store is fully insured (you can request policy info to ensure adequate coverage at any point), and we accept all risk after a sale is made. You get paid the next business day, and if there are any returns or shipping issues, we deal with it.
Add in the fact that we don't sticker lock any lost gains into place and respect any price floors that you set, and you're plussing off your hobby without breaking a sweat!
How it Works (Buying in Store)
Buying Vinyl
Buying consigned vinyl is as straightforward as buying from a normal shop.
We register all vinyl for sale in our Shopify store, and track which Seller provided which record there to ensure the right Seller gets paid without shoppers having to worry about any new processes.
Buying Trading Cards
We do something a little bit different for consigned trading cards that are ~$1-$25 in value. We keep these in different binders for each Seller, and only provide one binder at a time for each shopper to browse through.
Once they pull any cards they are interested in from one binder, Das will review prices and confirm the selection. Any cards to be bought will have a colored sticker placed on the back of the sleeve to indicate the Seller for those cards.
The shopper can then continue to browse other binders one at a time under the same process until ready to complete their purchase.
Cards >$25 in the display case have processing information tucked into the sleeve and can be processed normally at checkout.
Buying Art
Buying any art prints or any other goods from local creators is the same as a normal store.
If you buy a piece on display, we ask that you come and pick it up or arrange for shipping at the end of the exhibition. Das will gather all necessary information and mark it as sold.

Our shop doesn't do sticker price- we go off of TCG and Discogs value at any given moment. To help protect our partner vendors from unexpected losses, you can set floors for any of your items, and we will make sure to pull your inventory if it dips below it!
